Privacy Policy for FixTrack

This Privacy Policy describes how Treffix.id ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the FixTrack mobile application (the "App"). FixTrack is a fleet and vehicle tracking application that lets you monitor vehicle location, review trip history, and manage connected dashcam devices.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Category	Details
Account information	Name, email address, and password used to register and log in to your account.
Vehicle & location data	GPS location, route history, and periodic tracking data (charts and map positions) associated with vehicles connected to your account.
Dashcam & media data	Video and image data from connected dashcam devices, where this feature is enabled for your account.
Microphone	Used only for the in-app intercom feature. Audio is not recorded or transmitted unless you actively use the intercom.
Biometric authentication	If you enable Face ID / fingerprint login, biometric verification is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We do not receive, see, or store your biometric data.
Notifications	Notification preferences and alert history related to your vehicles (e.g. geofence, ignition, or maintenance alerts).
Device & network information	Basic technical data such as network connectivity status, used to keep the App functioning correctly.

How We Use Information

To provide core App functionality, including vehicle tracking, trip history, and dashcam access.
To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
To send you alerts and notifications you have configured.
To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
To respond to support requests.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help operate the App's backend, mapping, and storage infrastructure, solely to provide the App's services.
Your organization/fleet administrator, if the App is provided to you through a business or employer account.
Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation.

Data Retention

We retain account, location, and dashcam data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including secure storage of credentials on your device, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You can review and update your account information within the App.
You can disable location, microphone, or biometric permissions at any time from your device settings, though this may limit some features.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
